I started van Tiekerhook kennel in the USA!
Rick and I have the same vision about the breeding of the German Shepherd.
NO SHOW LINES BECAUSE THEY BRING US NOTHING FOR OUR GOAL!
The new kennels are ready!!
All the facilities that are needed will be available; air conditioning, special floor heated whelping rooms, veterinarian supervision, etcetera.

Goal
The possibility for enthusiasts to get working line German Shepherds from the best bloodlines in the USA. Also van Tiekerhook kennels hopes to contribute in increasing the quality of the German Shepherd in the USA.
Conditions
The females are stud in Holland bij TOP working line males from Germany with SUPER bloodlines. When the female is tested pregnant, she will be flown to Rick Thompson in Batavia, where the pups will be born and under permanent supervision of a veterinarian of the University of OHIO. When the pups are old enough to go to their new owners, the female is flown back to my kennel in Holland.
The breeding conditions are as follows:
- We will only breed with real van Tiekerhook females!
- We will only breed with van Tiekerhook females that have had one or more litters in my kennel in Holland.
- We will only breed with van Tiekerhook females that I qualify as proven producers.
- We will only breed with van Tiekerhook females that have (at least) SchH or IPO.I, II or III.
- We will only breed with van Tiekerhook females with A hips/elbows and DNA tested.
- We will only breed with van Tiekerhook females that have a show rating and a breeding survey's from SV judges.
- All van Tiekerhook breeding females have SUPER drive and social aggression!

In 2010 we plan to breed Catch van Tiekerhook x Opal von der Röderburg (February), Ziggy x Eliot and Noery x Max. (stud in December)
In 2010 we plan to breed Ziggy and Escha van Tiekerhook to Eliot vom Prevent Noery van Tiekerhook will be bred to Max van Tiekerhook.
